French engineering companies are involved in founding processes in favour of climate and gender equity. At the instigation of their federation, they have signed two commitment charters: the Engineering Charter for the Climate and the Engineering Charter for Gender Diversity. These charters allow to expand and accelerate actions that companies have carried out in the field for decades.
